The trip of a Melanie

I'm depending on you, so let's not think about it again ~~~

Walking down the path that seems familiar, past a child who's confused, but understood about what's happening. Suddenly, everything is pitch black, as black as the colour black could be. And only thing you can hear, what's this song.
"1, 2, melatonin is coming for you
3, 4, baby, won't you lock the door?
5, 6, I'm done with this
7, 8, it's getting late, so close your eyes, sleep for days"
It felt like you hear this song before, but you can't put your finger on it. So you decided to walk towards the song.

"Hush, little baby, drink your spoiled milk
I'm fucking crazy, need my prescription filled
Do you like my cookies? They're made just for you
A little bit of sugar, but lots of poison, too"
You remember now, you remember the person who tried to kidnap you.

"Ashes, ashes, time to go down
Ooh, honey do you want me now?
Can't take it anymore, need to put you to bed
Sing you a lullaby where you die at the end"
Feeling nostalgic, you remember after being kidnapped, the first thing the person told you to do is to make cookies with milk.

"9, 10, never want to see you again
11, 12, I pull off black so well
Shit behind the curtain that I'm sick of sugarcoatin'
Next time you're alone, think twice when you grab the phone"
Oh, while thinking, the feeling of killing him hits you. While looking in the bag of groceries, you saw a bottle of blue sparkling liquid. You remembered that that's a bottle of rat poison, and you know just what to do with it.

"Ashes, ashes, time to go down
Ooh, honey do you want me now?
Can't take it anymore, need to put you to bed
Sing you a lullaby where you die at the end"
His back, you're scared and nervous. Scared that the plan will back fire.  But you know, you're prepared for this.

Dear friends

Dear friends, its okay to tell me when I'm wrong...
Cause nobody's perfect in this world~
Dear friends, I'm sorry if I look crazy,
Cause I'm always scared, hurting you~

Dear friends, have you ever seen the real me?
Have you seen my tear, my fears, my emotion... ~
It's funny, how you guys always says,
That my life, is your dream...
I guess, you never understand it.
I guess, it's best to leave it like this. ~
Cause I know, you won't get it. And you'll never will, and never want to... ~~

Dear friends, if you seems to hate me,
It's okay, I'm used to it.
Just say it out, don't keep it in.
And there, you go...
Cause I know,
I'm the cause of everything..... ~

Dear friends, every time you say I'm hard working, because I have a reason.
To show the world, that I'm not dumb, useless, stupid like they thought.

Dear friends, if one day I lose my self...

Just let go.

After all, this is just a blank dream, waiting for you to wake up

From a nightmare.

Pokemon Go, yay or nay?

As you can see, pokemon Go has been taking over the world by hand, or by game. And now, pokemon Go had came to Malaysia on August 5th. Now a days I can see people walking around, holding their phones to find some Pokemons. Some even cycle around their neighbourhood just to catch them, or even hatch the lucky eggs. Some who are well, desperate... Will drive while playing.
Because of the popularity of this game, many of my friends has also been playing this game, some may even have reached level 30 in such a short time. And so this game had been a hot topic to talk about in school. So the question is, Pokemon Go, yay or nay?
Before we start, let's talk about the concept of pokemon Go.
So what's the fuss about pokemon Go? Well, Pokémon Go is an augmented reality game app in which you walk around capturing virtual Pokémon in the real world and to blow your mind, In terms of app downloads for Android users, the game has already surpassed Tinder and is expected to surpass Twitter soon.
Let go through the pros and the cons shall we?
Pros :-
1)’s fun, so it provides positive reward in and of itself.Pokémon Go is fun and simple to play. This provides incentive for people to get off the couch and walk around their neighborhood.  which means that if you can go out and experience the positive rewards of healthy behavior, like going to the gym, then you are more likely to feel better and create a positive feedback loop to pursue more healthy behavior.
2=The game is structured with clearly defined goals and step-wise levels.  Clear structure, immediate feedback, and attainable goals are all very helpful, especially for those with depression, to keep people interested and engaged. A lack of structure can keep people with low energy, fatigue, lack of motivation  and depressed mood .
3)It's an easy conversation-starter and can help ease social anxiety. Social anxiety and depression are commonly marked by being socially withdrawn and feeling uncomfortable around other people. With social anxiety, it’s common to feel like you don’t fit in or that other people will judge you. This game has the flexibility to let you play alone but also to be around other people, so it gives you a way out if you want it but also the option to interact with others over something you share in common, so it's low risk interaction.

But now, what are the cons then?
1)it gets you outside, but you’re still on your phone. While the app does encourage outdoor play, you’re still plugged into technology. (As one teen pointed out to me: Watch out, the game will drain your batteries!) This may not change your life if you're already typically on your phone while walking outside.

2)Playing the app makes you more distracted. The app itself features a disclaimer cautioning you to be alert and aware of where you’re going while you’re playing, but there have already been reports of injuries incurred when playing the game. It does put the mind into ablended reality state, in which you’re not quite in the real “present moment” since your eyes are focused on the phone looking at something that isn’t actually there in reality.
3=The game puts you in a heightened "stressed" state. Since you’re technically trying to find and catch something, your body is most likely in a fight-or-flight state, meaning your adrenaline is pumping and your heart rate is a bit higher than usual. For a short period, this can be fun, but long-term, you can experience fatigue and feel more worn out, so it’s important to take breaks and make sure you’re not experiencing side effects of excessive gaming.
4) The game could cause you to spend more time on your phone and make you less social. Playing the game could actually make you less social and increase the time you're on your phone and not interacting with people "IRL." But this will vary based on an individual's experience.
So yeah, this are the pros and cons about pokemon Go. If you want to see more about facts and random blog, comment, share and anything! Till then, bye!
